Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting staff to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed designs, solution proposals, and process designs.
- Conduct functional testing and provide initial post-production support.
- Assist in project status reporting, milestone tracking, and coordinating team deliverables.
- Plan and execute transition activities for newly implemented functionalities.
- Provide documentation and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development and enterprise-level systems.
- Strong understanding of business process documentation and solution design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Visio, Access, and MS Project.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Microsoft Access applications.
Skills:
- Experience in working with enterprise applications and gathering functional requirements.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with IT teams to align designs with business objectives.
