Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the peeling, sorting, and packing of garlic according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality and workplace safety
- Work efficiently and steadily to meet daily production targets
- Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Communicate any production or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Support a positive team environment through cooperation and good communication
Skills & Qualifications:
Physical & Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout 8-hour shift
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fast-paced sorting and peeling
- Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to maintain cleanliness in a production environment
Work Ethic & Reliability:
- Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently while following clear instructions
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed
- Demonstrated ability to stay focused and productive
Communication & Teamwork:
- Bilingual preferred; basic English helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Willingness to communicate issues or improvements to supervisors
