RestorativeCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA) Responsibilities:
- Provide restorative care as outlined in care plans
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Document treatments and incidents accurately
- Assist in care plan development and implementation
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policies
Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Education and Experience Requirements:
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and perform required tasks
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
