The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. This is a hands-on development role focused on building modern, cloud-ready services for enterprise-scale applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to implement high-quality solutions.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software engineering best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and work in Agile development environments.
- Ensure code quality, unit testing, and documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Proficient in using Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
