Job Description
BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Smartsheet Administrator position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida. The incumbent must live in Florida and be available to work in Tallahassee, Florida if required. Consultants are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year unless services are required with prior approval from division leadership.

BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Smartsheet Administrator position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the enterprise Smartsheet environment, including workspaces, assets, user access, security settings, and governance controls.
- Design, develop, and support Smartsheet solutions including sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and automated workflows.
- Configure and maintain workflow automations utilizing Smartsheet Automation, Data Shuttle, Bridge, Control Center, Dynamic View, WorkApps, and related platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations and automated data exchange processes between Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 services, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain approval workflows, notifications, alerts, reminders, data collection forms, and reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, data synchronization, and integration issues.
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, access controls, workspace governance, and platform administration activities.
- Monitor platform utilization, workflow effectiveness, and adoption metrics; identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, administrative procedures, user guides, and governance standards.
- Provide user support, training, and consultation on Smartsheet best practices and solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering Smartsheet Enterprise or a comparable workflow automation platform.
- Experience with Smartsheet Data Shuttle, Bridge, Control Center, Dynamic View, WorkApps, dashboards, forms, and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Experience developing automated business processes, approval workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboard solutions.
- Experience utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and automated data exchange processes.
- Experience managing user access, permissions, governance, and platform administration.
- Experience troubleshooting application, workflow, integration, and data synchronization issues.
- Ability to serve as a project team member or technical lead while providing guidance and knowledge transfer to business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with experience creating technical documentation, procedures, and end-user guidance.
