Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Database Analyst with strong Oracle and SQL Server administration expertise to support enterprise database environments, modernization initiatives, and data platform operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of Oracle and/or SQL Server Database Administration
- Strong experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c environments
- Experience with Sun Solaris and Oracle WebLogic
- Expertise in PL/SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers
- Experience supporting multiple databases and high-volume production environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Data Warehouse, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
- Database performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Experience with database migrations, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery
- Knowledge of ETL processes, SSIS, automation scripts, and scheduling tools
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong data modeling, database design, and data integrity experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Apex, and Fusion Middleware
- Unix/Linux administration experience
- Experience with Databricks and cloud modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of database security, compliance, and data governance
