Job Description:
- 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or related IT roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
- Experience administering Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
- IIS Administration experience
- Strong Linux Administration experience (RedHat and Ubuntu)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and infrastructure support
- Ability to support, maintain, and administer enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of middleware technologies, including API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services
- Experience administering Microsoft enterprise technologies
- Knowledge of Samba/CIFS file sharing and NTFS permissions
- Experience with Linux patching and automation of administrative tasks
- Understanding of cloud-based network architectures and firewall management
- Ability to identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization, automation, and cost improvements
- Experience supporting developers and working within cross-functional teams.
