Job Summary: Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Contractor, L5)

[Responsibilities]
- Identify and source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and internal databases
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and ideal profiles
- Conduct outreach and initial qualification with potential candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring initiatives
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche engineering roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting offers
- Collaborate with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners to prepare competitive salary offers
- Track candidate activity and maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Support and attend hiring events as needed (occasional travel required)
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of active sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, or Graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of proven experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical and cleared engineering roles, including candidates with TS/SCI POLY
- Strong initiative, self-direction, and a drive to complete tasks with excellence
- Ability to influence, consult, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
