Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and hands-on activities to increase student engagement.
Integrate problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world applications into daily instruction.
Provide opportunities for collaborative learning and mathematical discourse.
Assessment
Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to measure student progress.
Analyze assessment data to guide instructional decisions and improve student achievement.
Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback.
Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student progress.
Prepare students for district and state assessments.
Classroom Management
Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful classroom environment.
Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior.
Communicate and enforce school and district policies consistently.
Foster a classroom culture that encourages responsibility, perseverance, and respect.
Student Support
Build positive relationships with students and encourage academic confidence.
Identify students who need additional academic interventions and provide appropriate support.
Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI/MTSS) processes as needed.
Collaborate with Exceptional Student Education (ESE), English Language Learner (ELL), counselors, and support staff to meet student needs.
Collaboration
