We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ESE Pre-K teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality education to 3 and 4- year-old children with varying exceptionalities. the position requires expertise in supporting independent functioning skills, including assistance with toileting. The instructional approach emphasizes play-based principals, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
-Instructional Leadership: Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of 3 and 4-yead-old students with varying exceptionalities. Implement play-based principals to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
-IEP Case Management: Serve as the IEP case manager for assigned students. Collaborate with the IEP team to develop comprehensive IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs. Monitor student progress towards IEP goals through systematic data collection and analysis.
-Kindergarten Readiness: Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all students are prepared for the transition to kindergarten. Work collaboratively with parents to address any barriers to learning to promote a positive, inclusive leaning experience.
