Team Member - Back of House (Kitchen)

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:
  • Part-time (Less than 30 hours per week)
  • Full-time (30+ hours per week)
  • Night-time (Evening/Closing availability)

Compensation:
  • Starting $15 an hour

Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, assemble safe food fast and accurately
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safety standards
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment
  • Report maintenance issues to leadership
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
