What You'll Be Doing
- Support technical investigations by analyzing fault logs, system data, and performance information to help identify root causes and recommend next steps.
- Assist Engineering and Quality teams with failure and warranty investigations, helping improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal partners across Sales, Production, Software, RMA, Quality, and Reliability, as well as external customers, to support timely issue resolution.
- Help develop and maintain technical documentation, service materials, and training content that improve knowledge sharing across teams and partners.
- Document findings, corrective actions, and lessons learned to strengthen technical support processes and continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn technical troubleshooting methods
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, documentation, and reporting
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
