Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Clean and maintain office location by performing routine cleaning duties. Additional tasks may be assigned by management outside of daily expectations. This is a part-time position with evening-time requirements.

Job Function
- Responsible for garbage removal from main areas and office spaces
- Vacuum designated areas
- Dust and deep clean office spaces as needed
- Clean windows and glass surfaces (interior and exterior facing)
- Mop floors as needed
- Use cleaning products properly (e.g., bleach, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner)
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
- Lift and move items (e.g., toaster ovens, vacuums, desk chairs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Work independently and ensure all assigned duties are completed
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures and company policies
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow schedules and complete assigned tasks
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrates professionalism and reliability
- Ability to perform physical work and operate cleaning equipment
Knowledge & Skills / Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays as needed
- Evening shift: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Must have strong communication skills
