What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including:
- Water leaks
- Burst pipes
- Drain clogs
- Water heaters
- Plumbing fixtures
- Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities.
- Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
- Present repair and replacement options that best fit the customer's needs using a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines.
- Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes using company-provided technology.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license
