- Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience inmaterial kitting, including organizing, staging, and preparing materials to support production workflows
- Experience in leading, training, and mentoring team members
- Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and shop-floor processes
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to collaborate
