Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Lending Specialist II to manage and process loans with minimal supervision.
Job Summary
- Shifts Available: On site - Monday through Friday
- Pay range: $26-$28
- Act as liaison and primary point of contact with internal and external customers from approval to deal closing
- Manage deal flow pipeline with relationship managers and leading interaction with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and review closing documentation and information with relevant stakeholders
- Assis with the execution and process flow of the transaction including escalation issues
- Partner with relevant operations teams to ensure proper booking
- Ensure initial loan funding
- Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in ability to enforce policies, procedures
- Strong PC skills
- Highly proficient in all areas of customer service
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
- 3-5 years of lending experience or loan process experience
